The only full-service industrial jeans manufacturer exclusively using US-grown cotton.
We have created a seamless pipeline connecting raw American cotton to Bangladeshi garment factories and back to American retailers. This pipeline leverages the strengths of both nations, offering immense profit potential for all stakeholders.
For American retailers, the value proposition is clear: high-quality garments with a pricing advantage of 17% or more compared to alternative sourcing strategies, as highlighted by a 2012 University of Missouri study. All American Cotton™ sources raw materials directly from farmers, so retailers keep production costs the same or even lower.
For Bangladeshi garment manufacturers, this pipeline drives higher order volumes and scales their operations, cementing their leadership in cotton apparel production.
For American cotton farmers, struggling with Brazilian overproduction, this pipeline provides reliable sales channels, reconnecting them to the thriving global apparel market.
All American Cotton™ (AAC) brings this vision to life. By optimizing this pipeline, AAC is a reliable partner in the cotton apparel industry, integrating American farms and Bangladeshi factories while collecting marginal fees for logistics and support.
This dual pipeline isn’t just a business model—it’s a transformative solution for an industry in flux, designed to drive profit, efficiency, and sustainability for all involved.
Apparel companies who switch to All American Cotton™ gain a 17% pricing advantage at -1% production cost.

+17% Pricing Advantage
University of Missouri research confirms that American consumers value apparel made with US-grown cotton 17% higher, even if the finished goods are manufactured overseas.
–1% Production Cost
Because we source our own raw cotton directly from American farmers and make our jeans in best-in-class Bangladeshi facilities, we can beat any other manufacturer’s cost of production by at least 1%.
100% Managed Production
All American Cotton™ is with you every step of the way, from sourcing raw cotton through manufacturing and quality control to final delivery. We are committed to your success.
Brand Benefits
Sourcing jeans from All American Cotton™ (AAC) strengthens your brand by delivering higher quality, ethical sourcing, and a stronger emotional connection with customers.
No other cotton in the world is grown as carefully and scientifically as American cotton. With universal bale-level testing and advanced farming techniques, it produces stronger, softer, and more durable fabric. The result? Better jeans, better craftsmanship, and a premium feel that customers notice and value.
Beyond quality, AAC cotton is sustainably farmed, ethically grown, and fully traceable, meeting consumer demand for transparency and responsible production. Brands that source from AAC can proudly market their commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing, reinforcing trust and credibility.
American cotton also resonates emotionally with US consumers. Studies show they pay 17% more for apparel made with US cotton, even if manufactured overseas. By sourcing from AAC, your brand actively supports American farmers, earning goodwill and enhancing brand loyalty.
Best of all, working with AAC means this premium perception doesn’t require raising retail prices. This allows keeping the same price for a better quality product — a pro-consumer move, strengthening the bond between your brand and its customers in these uncertain economic times.
Pricing Advantage
“One positive finding in [University of Missouri Textile and Apparel Management Professor] Ha-Brookshire’s study was that American consumers do value apparel made with US-grown cotton, even if the finished goods are manufactured overseas. When she showed the survey participants the same cotton shirt and told them it was made in China from US cotton, participants valued the shirt at … 17 percent higher than a shirt with only a “Made in China” label. Ha-Brookshire says this increased value is not large enough to be prohibitive for consumers.“

The same university replicated the study with denim jeans, yielding nearly identical results. Simply by using American cotton as the primary raw material, a retailer can command a 17% price premium on apparel.
With All American Cotton™ (AAC), this advantage becomes pure profit for buyers — AAC ensures manufacturing costs remain at or below the industry standard for cotton-based garments. We achieve this by directly supplying raw American cotton to Bangladeshi manufacturers, bypassing multinational middlemen. Cost savings are embedded from the start and carried through the supply chain, keeping AAC’s final pricing hyper-competitive.
Tariff Advantages
AAC is leading a Washington, D.C.-based coalition pushing for a Bangladesh-American (BANAM) Free Trade Agreement, with a critical focus on eliminating tariffs on Bangladeshi garments made with American cotton.
This initiative has the potential to move fast, but even if it takes years, the businesses that prepare now will dominate later. Those who have supply chains already built around American cotton-based garments from Bangladesh will be positioned to seize market share instantly upon passage.
Currently, Bangladeshi garment imports face a 16% tariff—a cost that could vanish overnight. When combined with the existing 17% pricing advantage that US-grown cotton commands, the result is an unmatched cost advantage that could reshape the market.
Retailers who act early will have a first-mover advantage, locking in a rare, double-stacked pricing edge. Waiting until passage means playing catch-up—securing your supply chain now ensures you’re ready to dominate the moment tariffs are removed.
Pricing and Timeline
Take advantage of first-mover access—our early partners will have priority as we scale and lock in America’s strongest cotton supply chain.
For businesses with existing denim products, AAC operates on a simple, risk-free pricing model: We will quote 1% less than your current supplier for an identical product made from superior American cotton. This guarantees zero risk for buyers and provides better quality at a lower cost, with no disruption to your supply chain.
Our goal is to prove AAC’s value through performance, not just promises. Once you see the quality, reliability, and cost benefits, we can work together to optimize long-term pricing strategies based on volume, logistics, and tariff advantages.
For new entrants into the denim market, we offer premium manufacturing at the following rates:
• $7.25 per unit + freight + duties for orders over 25,000 total pieces
• $8.75 per unit + freight + duties for orders under 25,000 total pieces
Minimum 100 pieces per wash per style.
Lead time, including shipping, is currently 120-180 days.
Shipping costs are currently between $6,000 and $8,000 per container. This number is highly subject to change.
Deposit is required. First orders from a company will require a 50% deposit, while all subsequent orders will only require a 30% deposit.
Payment terms are flexible, with options including SWIFT payments upon delivery and international Letters of Credit.
Risks and Rewards
Partnering with All American Cotton™ (AAC) is a bold step toward transforming your supply chain and market potential. While AAC is a new company, our proven network of Bangladeshi manufacturers has been producing premium garments for markets worldwide for decades, delivering unmatched expertise and reliability. Building a new partnership always carries some uncertainty, but AAC guarantees complete transparency and seamless collaboration to eliminate the guesswork.
Focusing on Bangladesh may feel like a single-path approach, but this strategic choice unlocks massive pricing and quality advantages. Bangladesh, as the world’s second-largest garment exporter, provides a highly skilled, cost-effective manufacturing base. Though we are prepared to pivot to alternative regions if necessary, Bangladesh remains the ideal partner for competitive and ethical production.
The rewards are undeniable. AAC allows brands to tap into new markets, elevate product quality, and diversify supply chains, reducing reliance on high-cost or unstable sources like China. By delivering better products at competitive prices, AAC enables brands to refresh their identity, capture new customers, and drive significant profit growth. Now is the time to seize the strategic edge AAC offers and secure a stronger future for your business.
